From July 2021 to January 2023, I was responsible for developing commerce, logistics, and IoT apps at a startup. As the iOS Part Lead, I led initiatives to improve the team’s development culture and successfully launched a new integrated commerce app. From February 2023 to January 2025, I was responsible for developing marketing platform apps at Hanwha Life Insurance. Through various technical initiatives, I helped grow the user base to over 1 million—three times larger than before—and delivered marketing services with enhanced customer benefits. From February 2025 to June 2026, I was responsible for developing the Coupang Eats app at Coupang. I developed features that enabled more customers to enjoy a wider range of delivery benefits while receiving food and other products quickly and reliably. As the app expanded into global markets, I worked to deliver the Wow the Customer experience to users worldwide. Additionally, I served as the team’s AI Program Owner, driving AI adoption across the development process, focusing on architectural design, and leading initiatives that improved overall team productivity. From July 2026 to the present, I have been responsible for developing the global Webtoon app at NAVER WEBTOON. I build features that enable users across more countries to enjoy high-quality webtoon content seamlessly, contributing to the continued growth of a global entertainment platform and delivering an engaging reading experience to millions of users worldwide.

I like to think from the user's perspective and create usable products to grow the business. Through my experience in PM and QA roles as well as development, I have gained the ability to create good products beyond good code. I have always communicated with other parts and projects from the user's perspective.

I am very interested in new technologies, so I try various things and try to grow with them. Instead of blindly acquiring new technologies, I try to understand the basics first, test them with toy projects, and then incorporate them into the actual service code. We try to grow together through blog posts, presentations, and lectures to share what we have learned in the process.

Increased project management efficiency by applying Tuist through modularization and building CI/CD infrastructure

Took the lead of iOS development and developed the implementation of key features along with communication with other departments and distribution of resources within the team.
